Overview

Community Medical Transit LLC is a privately owned, non-emergency medical transportation company that provides curb-to-curb service to and from scheduled medical appointments. We partner with independent contractors in numerous markets to take clients to and from medical appointments. Contractors must complete multiple trips per workday safely, and on time while displaying a positive, courteous attitude. Drivers use their 4-door sedan, SUV, or van. Pay is market-competitive per loaded mile plus co-sponsored health and life insurance on the first day of the month following 30 days of successful performance.  Additionally, drivers receive quarterly bonuses based on achieving performance goals established by CMT management.

Partner/Drivers will reside in our service area which primarily includes Montgomery, Greene, Butler, Warren, and Hamilton Counties. Partner/Drivers will have field management responsibilities in addition to transporting clients/members to and from medical appointments safely and on time. Success in this role will be rewarded with quarterly net profit-sharing compensation in addition to loaded mile pay, *co-sponsored major medical health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and quarterly bonuses associated with achieving performance goals. Duties in addition to transporting clients include driver recruitment, training, client communication, and everyday logistics management for driving growth on their respective teams. Candidates will possess exemplary communication and leadership skills and business acumen previously acquired through verified customer-facing experience within and/or exterior to their NEMT experience. Sub-contractor candidate will use their own meticulously maintained and clean vehicle and understand how qualified tax write-offs lead to minimizing or removing their tax exposure altogether.

Qualifications

· Full-time availability with varying hours determined by client need.

· Clean driving record

· Must complete a background and drug screen.

· Must be professional, courteous, and customer-centric.

· Tech savvy, e.g., smartphone, mobile app navigation, etc.

· Must be able to work independently.

· Must have customer-facing experience involving interpersonal communication skills

· Excellent at time management and decision-making

· Must pass a company-sponsored defensive driving course.
